I won't be doing steroids until I've stopped drinking and eating healthy all the time. Otherwise it'd just feel like I don't care enough to put in the necessary effort.

Yep but IDGAF I can handle it for about 1.5 years then slide into a technical role at the same company.I burned all my bridges in insurance so this is my slimy path back in

It's not a point of pride.
Yesterday I started to get the feeling when your body is eating your muscles. I have been eating tons of food so I wasnt sure why. It must be that the really light sessions I'm doing are not enough stimulus. I panicked a bit and ended up doing my Tuesday session a day early. The good news is my elbow was hurting less than last time, the bad news is my shoulder is hurting more that last time, or at least more than I expected it to this time. Im in a tough situation because another full week of strength deteriorating could mess up my plans. I have to do everything I can to recoveryMax this week and hope for the best.
They finally fixed the air chiller in my condo so I got a good sleep last night. Today I took it easy but also did a 20 min walk to help speed up recovery. Im trying to sleep early right now but its hard because I'm still full from dinner. Tomorrow I will try to eat food earlier than usual to try and prevent my body being catabolic even for a short time. I have a faint dull ache in my shoulder still but assuming its gone tomorrow I will do another light session. In general this week is full of lots of BS like having to buy motor oil, changing oil, having to get car detailed, having to wake up really early, have to call doctor, have to drive to Windsor(8 hours of diving), and other such things which will eat up time and make me stressed making recovery harder. But hopefully if I am really focused on recovery I can make it all work and be healed by the weekend.
