Harvard is getting sued for race based selection

So universities in the past have been slammed for using race quotas or just racial selection in general. Those that say they do not use them are often suspected of still using them, and this time it seems like the accusation has some evidence to go with it. Basically successful groups are suppressed and unsuccessful groups are promoted. The biggest victims have been Asians as they are the most successful. This Asian guy had ridiculously good qualifications and got into everywhere he applied but Harvard.
