How to download videos from youku?

- I use the atube catcher to get videos from you-tube, but for some reason that program don't work on youku.
Can you guys help?

You have to download the youku pc client, however Im unsure how safe it is since its an .exe file. When I go to my parents house next I will get my old crappy computer and use it as a guinea pig.

Ive done it before using DownloadHelper. Its a free Firefox browser add on. I download just about any video that is not on youtube with it. Just that sometimes the original title doesnt show and it is a bunch of numbers and letters. Have to figure out which vid to download if there are ad vids on the page. Only sometimes though
