Don't feel bad I got the ax form Vutu's little grass shack even before I was able to make my first post. It's obvious that Lord Vutulaki fears Male Orientals almost as much as he does his White Master.

I believe this can be traced back to his personal life being married to a Korean comfort woman and dealing with her male family members and past clients and especially being a Brack man in a country that was founded by British convicts.

Getting banned was kind of devastating because I was just about to find out the question that has perplexed me for years..........."Why does table salt have an expiration date?" Listen I'm cool with Lord Vutulaki and I think we have put our issues in the past to focus on a bigger objective like Emily Yoshida. 1. A WL lift has zero essentric effort even when you fail a lift you drop that shit. PL has an essentric component especially when youre doing your volume work + tripples and doubles.

2. WL is a speed movement more so than strength. PL is a is the name suggests a power movement, I might add that this has nothing to do with PL's etymology as the sport was originally called "Odd lifts"

TL/DR

Time under tension in PL is miles above that of WL therefore performing say squats 6 days a week leave you overly fatigued/under recovered. Now for those of us who are gainfully employed (Not not just collecting food stamps at Northlake BLVD West Palm Beach FL to barter for meth at) that would leave us in quite the pickle.

Foaming Pork Surprise is probably the best handle I've had personally. It's harder than you'd think to come up with something you're not sick of in two weeks. I remember how excited I was when I first saw the Trashtalkin Turanian moniker - visions of an Asian Supremacist personality on Fightsport by someone that could really pull it off were dancing in my head at the time. Of course I live for that shit.
