I swear i thought there was a kung fu movie thread on here somewhere but can't find it so I'll post here.

So i was just browsing netflix tonight and saw a Jet Li movie i never seen before. Kung Fu Cult Master. Badass movie from 1993 I somehow missed back in the day! Funny thing is, it ended without a finale, which meant there was to be a sequel. but they never made a sequel. Until a few years ago in 2022 with a completely different cast. Actually, they remade it, and then made a sequel. which I haven't watched yet. I'll post the original here, and the trailers for the new version and the sequel. Apparently, according to my wife, the story was inspired by Dragon Ball Z?
