Maybe they just want a threesome?
Maybe he is one of those weird voyeur types and wants to watch you bang your ex (his new)
Maybe he is gay and she has the 'I can change him syndrome'. So, she went 'back' to him in hopes that she would be successful in 'converting' him from teh ghey (but of course she is manipulated by this man).
This is really a ploy to get you naked bro. Her new/old man is jealous that SHE (was) getting the dick.
Its his turn now... The drive by's and parking in your spot was kind of like a little 'wink' and a creep to make sure she wasnt there.
Damn, bro... I feel for ya! LOL
Restraining order question
^^ lololol!
Ironically so true though, we often have no idea what makes others tick. Likewise others rarely have a correct view of us!
So much can fall from simple misunderstandings.

Thanks for the support, guys, I appreciate it.
I'm trying to get some artwork I gave her back. I'm not one to ever ask for a gift back, regardless if someone has wronged me. I just hate to think of my art being taken down and shoved in a closet for an eternity, or thrown away, after all the effort I put into it. Plus, I just don't really want her to have it anymore. Maybe this is too "artsy-fartsy" but I put a lot of thought and passion into my art, and she just doesn't deserve my paintings anymore.
I thought she followed my Facebook art page, so I posted a message on there asking for it back so I wouldn't have to contact her directly. That was last week.
Today I took a chance an emailed her directly, asking for the art back and saying I now know for sure who has been creeping around my house, and asking one last time to ask them to stop. Last thing she said to me was that she would go to the police if I contacted her, but I think that is a bluff considering the reason why I contacted her was to ask her to stop the harassment.
I'm sure she'll reply with some sort of threat or nasty reply. I've tried to block her on Google and on my cellphone, but it doesn't seem to work well.
Hopefully this week my art will end up at my house somehow and I won't be seeing them anymore. I hate drama.

^ Dude! let that go man
Whatever artwork it is, it has soaked up all this negative energy by now, it will only be a symbol/reminder of the situation for you. Asking for it back only seems to be agitating them.
If she wants you to leave her alone I would suggest just do it man. I know what it feels like to be attached to art we make, but if that's the only cost to end this all I'd say its a fair deal.
We all must part with our art eventually anyways. If its good, maybe it will be a positive presence for them, maybe she will find it one day and think of you.

Johnny, man, really don't know what to say. People sure like to mess stuff up.
Dude, good luck with everything.
p.s. Not trying to give advice here, but if I were you, I'd set a "1-button-video-camera-recording" on my cell, and would record every time that car snooped around my house. And I'd try to record all phone conversations with the other parties, just in case. For the time being. I think there are some apps for that. IDK, man, that's crazy talk...
Cheers.

Yeah, you're probably right. I already sent the email this morning, unfortunately. The more I think about it, the more I should have let it go, but it's already done now.
I guess I'll either get the art back or I won't, and hopefully after that I won't hear from them or see them.

Shitty situation you are in. I would definitely document all the emails/texts/etc. If you can, take a picture of him & his car driving by your house. The judge will need to see evidence that dude is stalking you, other wise its just "he said/she said".
Best thing you can do is not have anymore contact with her. Ex boyfriends are persistent fuckers that don't think reasonably. He might be on probation, which would be good for you if you can catch him and document the act with pics or video.
If it was me, I would just let things blow over and hope they both leave you alone. If he gets served with restraining order papers, he'll really have out for you. Hope it works out for you

Thanks, that's what I'm going to do. I wish I didn't send that email this morning, but as of now I'm just going to try and let things go.
I'll do my best to catch him in the act with either my camera or camcorder.

you may need this help
People say they all want the truth, but when they are confronted with a truth that disagrees with them, they balk at it as if it were an unwanted zombie apocalypse come to destroy civilization.
I figured I'd give an update on this. Still haven't received my art back, and I haven't heard anything from anyone. Saw them drive by a couple times but not slowly. Seems like it's going to blow over, but we'll see.
Thanks for everyone's advice and support.
