That last paragraph you wrote is weird, my whole life I have these spells (much more when I was younger) when I would also fall into this uncomfortable trance state where 'big' and 'small' would somehow juxtapose in a way that would fuck with all my senses, lol You describe 'super far away', I wonder if its like a near-far thing that might be of a similar nature?
Its weird we all do have these patterns and repeating symbols in our lives but we can barely remember them or often just dismiss them or nobody knows what to do with them

in waking life a n d the w e a l t h of i m a g e r y produced

T h i s d r e a m l a n g u a g e was s i m p l e e n o u g h to
be u n d e r s t o o d even by a b l o c k h e a d . The
w o m a n would not at first a d m i t the p o i n t of a
d r e a m t h a t s t r u c k so d i r e c t l y at h e r s e l f - i m p o r t a
n c e ; b u t its m e s s a g e n e v e r t h e l e s s went home,
a n d after a t i m e she h a d to a c c e p t it b e c a u se
she c o u l d not h e l p s e e i n g t h e self-inflicted joke
