Hey all
In my opinion Andy Kaufman was a total genius.
Maybe not very entertaining, but I don't think that was his goal. I think he was spoofing the entertainment industry... having more fun faking things and fucking with his audience and not caring whether or not they ever get it, lol - that 'Man on the Moon' flick was very good I thought of portraying this.
His wrestling stuff was epic, epic trolling at its best
Perhaps the greatest troll... I have even begun to discover that talk of him still being alive exists and look forward to seeing if there is any substance to it.
Anyways if you are fan post your favorite Andy Kaufman stories or clips.
Creative Genius UNLEASHED, lolol
The Andy Kaufman Thread

Bill Hicks admired Kaufman so much he became Alex Jones.

"In public, Zmuda and Kaufman played an elaborate, years-long Tony Clifton shell game that lasted until Kaufman's death in 1984. In the 1999 Kaufman biopic Man on the Moon, Jim Carrey played Kaufman doing Clifton, and Paul Giametti imitated Zmuda imitating Clifton. Andy's brother Michael Kaufman has also publicly donned the Clifton leisure suit, as has Criss Angel, though both Johnson and Clifton say Angel sucked at it.
"I work for the original Tony Clifton, though," Johnson says, "the guy Kaufman discovered in a Vegas nightclub.""
