This is one of my favourite fights.
Was a rematch, opening round of the GP, and Igor was FEARED.
A few weeks ago to kill a long stretch of work, I played all my PRIDE DVDs in sequence, and kind of re-lived the whole evolution. That GP event in 2000 may very well still be the pinnacle of MMA in terms of epicness

- My favorites GP's are the one that Wand won and the one that Mirko won.(Man crush :oops: )
But Igor is a scary dude, the arquetipe of what we see on movies or real life.
He didn't needed to talk like a tough guy, didn't neded to act like one.
He simple was a smilling friendly dude, that could knock any thing put in front of him
