- The animation is very good.
- I rent this space for advertising

Its even more impressive because they so perfectly mimicked the style of the old Scooby Doo show

Is this just a one-off joke? Or are they actually making a series?

This is the kind of stuff I would love to be involved in one day, lol

such a great idea, it should be a movie not a TV show

How much work to do one of that without getting paid for?

^ you would need a full studio/production crew.

It is a LOT of work to make a typical 20 minute episode, even with cheap animation. This is not.

They need a real budget. But I think that's Mike's real voice, so chances are there are some bucks behind this.

I need to know if they will really make a series or if its just a joke.

- You have any idea of the avarage cost of a cartoon?
A more cheap one, without famous voice actors and tc?

I guess it depends a lot of how much you outsource to India, lol (seriously)

Animators for the most part imo are still vastly underpaid, even in N America.

This link suggests an average of around 1/2 million:

http://lineboil.com/how-much-does-an-an ... sode-cost/

I'm guessing if you had a small studio of fast artists, and cut a lot of corners and simplified the animation, MAYBE $100,000 per episode.

It is simply a LOT of work, especially if you have to meet a deadline, which is usually very short.

I am sure these estimates include a good deal of overseas outsourcing.

Tyson mentioned this when he and Dana White were on the Jim Norton Show. It's going to be a regular series on Adult Swim.

It was a pretty good interview, but then again every Tyson interview is good.

- I never tought the average price of those cartoon were that hight.
So even those cartoon that looked to have a samml budget were in really very expensive animations.

Animation like beware the batman probably cost close to a average movie so?
