They even have Obelisks in space!! Seriously check this out, supposedly this is some concept art for the 'Borg' in Star Trek. Very interesting paralell imo between Borg and the undeterred ultra-patient agenda Obelisks are suspected to signify

When I was a kid my dad brought me a bit of stone from the "Unfinished Obelisk" in Egypt. So I guess it's slightly more unfinished than it previously was thanks to him.

Anyway Obelisks, awesome, what would we do without them?

Shiva Lingam is a kind of Obelisk, though somewhat smaller. Supposed to represent the penis.

I figure that the corporations building their big towers do so with the same kind of symbol in mind (perhaps compensating for things that their rich CEOs lack). Would be cool if they started building Yoni shaped buildings.
