I don't know, exactly. I know that she said that the house was built by her dad and that she was raised there. And she's somewhere between 60-70 years old, so I'd guess the house is about that old.

The one man gutter installing on a ladder was a legitimate feat of strength. It was like 16 1\2 ft long. Not easy to handle.

I had a second pair of hands help me set the beams and run the wire but I did everything else myself. Electrician going to be there next Saturday and it should be a wrap.
