GamerGate?
GamerGate?
Do you think the effects will be long-term? Or will people forget about this in a month when the new games come out?
OK, I FINALLY got into this, just finished the first vid and will keep going.
The maker of the first vid is pretty angry, lol -Callin out a lotta names, he's got some balls.
He is right to call them out though, I have been sick with people not seeing through the business of journalism for years.
On to the next vid

This is fascinating.
I bet gamers would make good conspiracy hunters

OK I just went through the whole thing.
The conflict of interest of the journalists to me is no surprise, and sort of to be expected to some degree. The idea that all journalists can be expected to be saints is an illusion I gave up a long time ago. Good he's pointing it out for people still in a fog about this.
I am MUCH more interested in DiGRA
What is the motivation for such a powerful think tank? Is it really just passionate feminists who have decided to try to change social views on gender roles? I do agree there is some degree of abhorrent content in video games that a feminist could rightly take offence to...
Or is it something bigger?
Here's a follow-up video I am half way through, I want to know more about this agenda and how high we can trace it up. I definitely think there is some mass sort of cultural marxism going on, and of course video games are as powerful as any medium to influence large demographics.
Fascinating story, thanks so much to m25105 for sending me this story

This is all new to me, I know shit about games since forever
I think there is likely to be found this shit in any industry, really. The vid makers are actin all surprised, lol but really any business once it reaches a certain size and reach will naturally begin to become infested with this stuff.
In many ways, the whole story is sort of a microcosm of any bigger conspiracy reality; the way the media all simultaneously pumped the same story of denial, the web of connections that can be easily drawn, the ridicule and demonization of certain demographics, the weird cultural marxist trends behind it all, etc etc
Conspiracy truths are like fractals
:)
