With Som

However sometimes I wonder if it would be possible to limit the amount of money any LIVING individual should be able to have.

I don't know what sort of system would/could enforce it, but I see a lot more problems than good coming from anyone who accumulates say more than 10 million in personal wealth. What does any human being need with more than that? Human nature shows us that when people have way more than that, they usually end up just doing some nasty shit with it and making a mess of the place. Or worse.

But again, who would enforce?

I would only want enough to live simply and never have to worry about MEDICAL BANKRUPTCY

excessive wealth seems to corrupt the spirit and I would not want it, gives one a sense of "ABOVE THE LAW" superiority I would imagine, a GIFT from the DEVIL IMHO

Not for me to judge. I'd quit work and go live on a farm if I had 10 million baht.
A friend of mine wants to retire when he's worth 500 million.
