- Very good work, how many time takes you to make a carving?

greenseed wrote:Thanks luigi, i can type with 1 finger by moving my wrist and tapping the keys. very much like an old man but faster. do you have a pic of the frog? cheersLuigi wrote:Welcome Greenseed! If you dont mind me asking how do you type without finger movement? When I was in the Middle East a Bedouin girl sold me a soapstone carving of a frog, but it was hollow with holes in its back and inside it was another frog. Crazy stuff.
that's cool! way more intricate than i would want to try. is the inner frog free of the base or attached inside?
It is attached, they are the same piece of stone.

it takes a long time for me with my disabilty. to love bears that is. that bear ive been working off and on for 3 years but ive made 6 carvings in between then and now. this latest fin will have taken me roughly 70 or so hours.
Tu habla espanol? (i realize portugese is diff from spanish lol)
Yo es estudia espanol. :)
Very nice Greenseed. Impressive how you make make something from stone that looks almost soft/flexible
My wife is Brazilian, yet I've seen her chatting for hours with spanish people. She speaks portuguse, & her friend speaks spanish yet somehow they converse. Very weird to hear
