Does USA have the BEST HealthCARE System?

I have observed people say this but what is their experience? Have they lived in multiple countries experiencing a significant need of HealthCARE for themselves or loved one in multiple systems to come to their conclusion?

I'm not suggesting the USA HealthCARE system is the worst but when people proclaim something is the best in a kind of Nationalism Bias it seems to kind of be a limiting ideology and not allow for improvements as it is already perfectly "the BEST in the World"
