So move my hands out say half an inch every couple of weeks? is that what you mean?

One finger placement change. E.g. if your pinky finger was at the rings, change to index finger, then middle finger et.c. I wonder if it is worth the whole cause though, it took me a good 2 years to figure out bench technique on my own with just some pointers from others. Do you want to get a good competition bench?

They are all the same shit man, its more about the mixability and taste if you actually care about the latter. Whey is cheap as fuck so they arent going to bother subbing some other shit in there however additives vary so worth considering that aspect but they arent going to add something instead of wheyt just extra shit to bulk it up. I'ts just dairy by product, creatine is cheap as fuck to produce too, I think they get it from slaughter house offal and shit lol

Try to get free samples online, whether its established brands or online platforms or start up brands just keep registering new emails and getting free samples sent to you

After the pandemic protein powder has gotten expensive as fuck here. I could get it for below 100 SEK per kg, now its closer to 300. Protein from chicken is cheaper now...

Edit: just checked there's protein powder for 210 per kg. Thats 13 kr per 50g of pure protein. I can get chicken breast at 10kr for 50g protein. Still cheaper with real food. In Thailand I bet the protein powder is much more expensive and the chicken much cheaper.

Chicken breast isnt pure protein though so Im not sure thats a fair comparrison or did you mean something else? its late not sure if Im understanding

Anyway thats like 1.80AUD per serve when allowing for the conversion rate, its still a decent price and for those of us who dont work in our own restaurant the convenience of shakes is great but yes I think chicken breat here works out about half the price of protein powder so youre right though chicken is cheaper regardless of if youre in Sweden Thailand or AUS and more so in Thailand where im sure they import their protein powder

This all looks gay as fuck, its the top thai protein powder brands

https://www.lifestyleasia.com/bk/beauty ... s-journey/

The chicken I buy is 25g protein per 100g and that is the value I was referring to. It's chicken with 2% water, that's why the protein content is high.

Those protein powders are too expensive and all but one (the isolate) are completely gay. Veggie protein lol if you want to look like that teenage guy in the ad who hasn't developed masculine features then go ahead drink plant based protein powder shakes.

I got wristlocked tonight by a black belt. had to verbally tap, but too late, my wrist cracked a bit. Gonna be hard to lift now... hope it heals quick.

Been looking and whey protein seems to be around 2400 baht for 2 lbs. A kg of chicken breast is very cheap. I think I paid 30 baht or so. Chicken and eggs will have to do. Like for Wanderlei.

Have you tried rubbing some dirt on it?

Smolov day 4 complete. Monday is the easy day. Only 3 mins between sets and it was still easy. But, plot twist, I have soreness in my bicep?! According to google, yes, this is a real thing. Apparently since the bicep muscle stretches from your shoulder to your radius, it gets strained at the very bottom part of the bench press motion. Probably not a coincidence that today I was doing especially long pause reps and exploding out of them. The issue is also known to be associated with high volume, so also clearly the nature of my program has played a role as well. On the bright side this feels a lot more like muscle soreness than it does like tendonitis, so hopefully its healed within a day and doesnt linger on. I tried to maintain proper balance and not compensate with the other side of my body. Apparently your forearms should be perpendicular to the floor at the bottom of the lift, which means my grip is half an inch narrower than is ideal. I will have to study this though before implementing any change.

The protein I used to get (ON Gold Standard) was HKD400 for 5 lbs up until about 2 years ago. Now it's $595. Thinking of just getting more protein from food, and go on Creatine instead, as that is still relatively cheap.

That's the decision I made. Ordered creatine today. I'll just add raw eggs to my oatmeal.

Yes although it's not a life or death matter

One possible clue to why I have a shit bench besides the shoulder injury is that when I begin to fail my left leg straightens and foot comes off the ground. Any ideas?
