OBELISK recently installed in my town

So the city I live in recently built a huge new 'Performing Arts Centre'. Nice fancy building, can host good shows etc.

Then they held a 'contest' for an 'art installation' to be put out front. Guess which submission won?

A fucking OBELISK, lol




Upon closer inspection it has some things embedded into the metal or whatever its made with. Among them I saw this:



fucking obelisk, at the cultural centre of the town. Go figure, folks. I have been tempted to contact the city or the artist to ask some questions but am feeling I will likely get nowhere

My sister-in-law just asked me to help make a flyer for a project at school (she's studying Travel&Tourism)...

She's putting together a travel package and she sent me a pic of Buenos Aires with a HUGE fucking obelisk. I showed her the picture I took in the OP and she was shocked.

Then I showed her the one at the White House, the Vatican, Paris, even Ottawa (or capital). Its so fun to start putting the puzzle together for people and watch the wheels start turning

No she knows nothing of it. BUT she doesn't have the mental blocks, her mind is open to the possibility - which is a helluva lot farther already than most people.

Most people can't learn shit until they remove all the mountains of mental obstacles first.

Its still amazing to me how so many people just can't even bring themselves to consider any kind of CT picture, they get confused and angry without knowing why.

She teases me sometimes that I take things too far, and who knows maybe she's right, lol. But the bits I've showed her she always finds interesting, not defensive. This shows real intelligence imo

Was just discussing some ideas with a rather closed-minded friend of mine :( - and every time the word 'conspiracy' was uttered I felt my credibility drop a few levels, lol
