Last night stock press 75kg x 8
Did a set of pullups and shoulder joints were sore. Took some rest and fell asleep by accident. Woke up and went home.

Bloodwork results almost all in. I will lower next cycles test dosage to 700mg. Even at 1g per week, 5 weeks after the last injection and I still had 30nmol/L or 865 ng/dL, which is the upper normal range. This is a detail that you guys can learn from, which you absolutely will not learn from youtube gurus, not even science textbooks. When they speak of how long testosterone stays in your body, they only consider how long it takes to break down the ester attatched to testosterone. Esters are added to hormones to slow down the release of the hormone into the body, as breaking down esters takes a long time and is done gradually. However this is only part of the equation. We all vary in how long testosterone stays into our system before it is broken down and gone. The testosterone molecule will attach to a cell and triggers anabolic and other signals unto them but does not die off immediately; it continues afterwards on other cells and does the same. There is no answer to how long it takes until it's all gone, and everyone is different. This is crucial to dosing. If you break down 100mg in 10 days, that means 100mg had 10 days to repeatedly signal all the cells it could find to trigger anabolism. If I break it down in 20 days, I get twice the bang for my buck. Now, how much my cells respond to the signals vs how much yours do, is a different story, but in regards to dosages, this is what matters, and the only way to know is by repeated blood tests.

Lets discuss volume, number of movements per body part or in assistance to main lift and frequency

For me Im thinking volume should bee governed by fatigue and junk reps avoided so sets of 5-12, 1-2 movements per body part or in assistance and frequency anywhere between 1 - 3 sessions per week for the masters lifter

Thoughts
