I hadn't done any cardio ever since this new job. No BJJ so no rolling, as that was my cardio. One of my co-workers is an MMA fighter. A striker who grapples a bit. So we rolled BJJ for a few rounds, which I did pretty well. I controlled him pretty much the whole time on the ground. But then he wanted to do 3 rounds of takedowns. And I was already gassed from the rolling. Man, I felt like how it was when I was a white belt getting smashed repeatedly by higher belts. But then again, dude is 28, taller and heavier than me... I could literally be his dad.

Been running 3 km every morning. I'll be increasing that soon, probably in 1.5km increments until I'm up to 10km.

I should get into a habit of doing cardio myself. I have a top notch assault airbike at home just sitting.

I only take 200mg. The results at 400 are the same but the side effects start ramping up. It's not that you won't have good cardio, it's just that you will feel winded and out of breath, with excellent cardio (if that makes sense).

This cop lady called to order pizzas, and cops always have hidden numbers. I ask for a registered number to the order, we have it as a rule no orders from anonymous callers, she says "well I can give you a number", knew it would be a weirdo and knew from the start it was a cop. They come in the shop 1 minute after calling, I ask to confirm if it's their order and offered coffee or tea until the pizzas are done, trying to be polite, and as usual with most female cops they make these smirks and faces trying to seem confident and dominant. Pizzas done and one is paying, asks for drinks, then salads but asks salads are included right? No. Well, are the drinks included? Sorry no. So what nothing is included? I was about to answer I'll fuck your mother tonight, that's included free of charge. I deal with cheapasses on a daily basis and I have very competitive prices, so I am not someone to try to haggle with. If you don't like my pizza go eat somewhere else.

And for fucks sake, when you are a cop you must realize you represent the law and you have to behave accordingly. What she did can be perceived as either she doesn't think I deserve to make a living for the labour and skills I provided, or that as the police they deserve to coerce me to agree to theft.

It doesn't help with the situation here. If you guys follow the news, you know. Inflow of weapons and drugs seems infinite and every little punk is given a gun and some drug lords word that if they pull this mission off, they will get respect and become someone. Then all of a sudden you have an extremely lucrative drug market in every street of the country and dumb little shits that will do anything. And the cops are indoctrinated with this marxist propaganda, they have come to the point where in the middle of a conflict between rival gangs, a real fucking shootout, cops arrive and instead of emptying a clip in their skull they try to reason with them through civilized discourse.

Meanwhile a gym buddy finished police school but was denied the final psychology test. 270 pounds of muscle, no neck, strongman/powerlifter, humongous hands and head, looks like he can grab your arm and throw you all the way across town straight into a jail cell. But no, he can't mediate democratic (communist) values.
