I'm still drinking on weekends but not getting wasted.

That looks like a program I might get on.
Barbell Bench Press
3-4 sets
3-5 reps
?

yeah but factor in its a strngth day (RPE 9 at 4 reps is heavy), you immadiately follow up the BP with DB press at higher reps then have between 16 - 24 of horizontal push 2 days later on upper hypertrophy day

I'm not really sure how I'll proceed. Might just start doing muay thai.

not doing muay thai while you live in thailand is a little silly IMHO

Anyway I just did the power lower body workout from PHUL, I think I went too heavy it was fucking brutal I was laying on the platform by the 3rd set of deads I then did the leg press and lied to myself that I had to pick lil Vutu up from wrestling but really I buckled and bitched out I felt like throwing up. I had no food just a coffee with 3 sugars to fuel me in the morning pre workout but im not sure carbs would have helped, maybe reducing the weights and easing into it

I also have thew worst DOMS in my shoulders, tris and back from the power upper day 2 days ago which made things hard while I was still cold then fatigue took over from that once I warmed up and the doms eased FML

It also takes a long time to complete due to the resting, will continue to try to adapt for a few weeks and check back

I did bench sets of 5 at 195 today with no shoulder pain, but the elbow pain is still there though slowly healing. By this time next week I will be doing the same at 205, hopefully with the elbow healed significantly more. The week after that I plan to go heavy again for 1 glorious session and achieve my goal of 6 singles at 277. Its risky because I likely wont be 100% healed, but theres a good chance I will succeed and then it will all be worth it. After that I will be taking Vutus advice and going toward a more BB style training for a while.

Just landed my first BJJ PT client today at the gym. A Pajeet who works for VISA. Originally was a free trial boxercise class. Then he asked me if I knew grappling. I said, why yes I do. So it turned into a BJJ class. He eventually signed up for 24 classes after a bit of haggling. *cracks open a can of Stella Artois*

First minute in: 2lbs of muscle from creatine, sorry but no. Maybe a quarter of a pound more than what you would have through hard training and proper nutrition. 20lbs of muscle from steroids, no, maybe if you had muscle memory and used steroids to come back really quickly, or have amazing genetics.

First five minutes in, referencing to studies just like they've always done. "The group which took steroids..." financed by anti steroid organizations. Remember when they made a study where they included what they called "studio bodybuilders" in the study, who meticulously took care of themselves through proper nutrition and cardio, and had enlarged left ventricles just like all athletes but had good heart function?

Have to give props to Mike Israetel for his explanation. I disagree with consulting with a coach. They have no legal obligation to care about your health. You can learn more than they know, faster than you can figure out if they are worth your money and time.

Watch out for more plates more dates. Remember, he together with VigourousSteve who made a viral video of the Liver Kings steroid use. VigorousSteve leaked private coaching emails. If that does not tell you about a persons integrity, there is another hidden detail because Steve deleted this video. He makes live Q&A streams on youtube and people donate to get their questions answered. He set one up one day but wrote on the title no steroid questions, but people were asking and donating, he got pissed off and told them to go fuck themselves, called them morons repeatedly, and said whoever asks for a refund thinking he will spend his time processing all that shit can go fuck themselves. I personally deal with morons daily but it is never right to publicly humiliate those who support you financially, and it is never right to take payment but not deliver the service or product (could have disabled donations). He deleted the stream half way in. Just a little reminder to you guys about these social media folks. They have no obligation to speak the truth, ever. In their universe, the natural laws within it make them richer if they attract more viewers, and in the real world you attract views not by talking boring truth but exciting new perspectives.

IMO steroids should never be taken. If your goals are to do things unable to be done that will never be done naturally given your genetics, and you have some insanity, then you will ignore that they should never be taken, but at least then you should do it scientifically. To everyone who says but you will suffer consequences!!! my answer is it is not worth my time explaining why you won't. You have to screen yourself for prior issues or genetic issues and then be consistent with monitoring your status through blood work and even organ scans. It may be for you, it may not, and there will come a day where you have done enough. People have been doing this for decades and turn out fine, others go all in on their race car acting like they'll turn up the boost like if they are seconds away from the finish line but go on for years, and then everyone points their fingers when they end up dead.

Best channel out there is Anabolic Doc, his explanation with the ABCDs system is top notch. It is not entertaining videos like Nippards but they are true learning experiences and you have to watch them multiple times to get all the details. I can't even come up with more than three channels that are good. I get youtube recommendations often and I have gotten so sick of their BS that I click "do not recommend again" instantly, I am tired of listening to illiterate people.
