I still remember Som doing this once, no joke.

He said he might "...pay me a visit" one night, in a thread about astral travel. Next day asked him what he saw and he muttered something about tortellini.

Shortly after, I came upstairs to find that my mother-in-law who was staying with us at the time, had just cooked tortellini. I saw the opened package on the counter with the word TORTELLINI clear as day, it was if if that's what he saw or something.

I have significantly less doubt about the concept since then, lol

I just heard a tale about a leprechaun recently, perhaps it may be useful to you :

Supposedly if you catch one they grant you 3 wishes. But if you wish a 4th, all become null and void. The tale warned that leprechauns will try to take advantage of your greediness and trick you into asking for a 4th wish.
