On my easy day earlier this week I did 210 and it was irritating my body more than it should have, but I didnt think much of it. I tried to go heavy yesterday and I couldnt even get a single set of what I did for 3 sets last week. So pretty clearly, Im injured again. Left rotator cuff this time. Time to start the long road of recovery.

on a deload week, have a few assignments to knock over for my broking license so works out well

Last nights training
leg press 350kg x 12
felt just the slightest tingling in left glute area, but couldn't provoke/recreate it later after stretching, so things are looking really good. In 2 weeks I will start squats and deads again, praying the piriformis will not give me problems this round.
