Oh hell no lol thats different days. I would never do all that at once, would take hours and lead to instant overtraining.

Not sure of dates but each paragraph is a day in itself:

bench press 155x3,0 - shoulder felt fucky and fatigue buildup, bad session
cable cross superset with feet up bench press, 3rd plate x max, 70kg x 20,20, two supersets
seal row 80kg 3x11
incline db curl 21kg x 10,12,12

squat 105kg 3x10

27 oct
barbell press 80kg x 10,10,12
pullups +10kg 3x14
Close grip JM press 95kg 14 RP 5 RP 3

29 oct
deadlifts 145kg 3x10
leg press calf raise
single leg standing calf raise

bench press 155kg x 5
feet up bench press 70kg 2x20
seal row 80kg 3x12
incline db curl 21 x 12,11,9

squat 125kg 3x10

last night
deadlifts 165kg 2x10
single leg calf raise +12kg x max reps + partials, +20kg x max reps + partials
was supposed to do barbell press but amnesia made me think its deadlift day.

had a consultation with an IFBB pro coach to figure some things out I have had in my mind, and now that the left glute injury is fading, I am going to finally go back to making gains...

I'm down to 75 kg.
Took a week off of lifting. Yesterday I did shoulders and it was all good. Today I did Legs and my hamstrings cramped up after Rdls and 2 sets of Squats.

Portion control I'd say. Stop eating when I'm no longer hungry rather than when I can't eat any more.
Otherwise the diet is the same. Feels a lot better at 75 than 105.

Its got to be better for the organs too, imagine a 5hp submersible pump servicing a 30ft well vs a 15ft one?

No updates really.
I just keep doing what I'm doing.
Switched up to Incline Bench this week rather than flat. I'll keep at it until it grows stale.
