last nights training
split squat 40kg x 8,8,8 huge increase in depth, and lower position for the box support for my right leg. my right knee touched the floor each rep
single leg leg extension 60kg x 16,16,20
single leg leg curl 45 x 12,12,16
seated calf raise 90kg x 16+8 partials, 3 sets.

there were two bimbos in the gym, very attention seeking both of them. one had a tiny body but huge stiff pop up tits and a big BBL, only trained on glute machines, $1k hair job, perfect make up. I wanted to go up to her and ask if she's a model because she very seemingly tried to catch eye contact all the time, probably does this with everyone lol but give her the attention she wants. The BBL looks weird though, a small thigh then a squareish mass of fat on the glute that sticks out like the stiff boob implants. I won't judge and find it entertaining to see.

Haven't gone max in a long time and they'd all be a lot higher. Hence I won't partake in the challenge.

test them out this month and we can start next month

No need to postpone it for me. I'm recovering from a cold and probably won't be hitting the gym until Thursday. Not looking to max lift these days.

Same same. I'm not doing heavy benching or OHPs for a while. Base of my neck still kinda hurts when I crunch my shoulders. Being 50 is taking its toll I guess.

excuses excuses. just make it happen one way or another. dont have to do a 1RM just what you do for say 8 reps and have that as comparison by the end of year. if no benching just squats and deads then

Btw, I'm such an idiot. I went and did bench and OHPs. Shoulder pain is back.

Fucked my shoulder in BJJ, made it worse by benching and OHPs. Tweaked my lower back deadlifting, made it worse by BJJ sparring. FML... I'm finally feeling like a 50 yr old.
