Just thought of something:

When/how did these letters for Generations start?

If I am Gen X, I don't remember anyone calling my parents/grandparents Generation W.

My tinfoil mind is wondering if this may be some sort of predictive programming for a 'Great Reset'/New World Order sort of conditioning.
Getting us subconsciously thinking that we are nearing the end of something, and by/around 2030 the generation ‘Z’ will somehow be reset back to 'Generation A'.

Were these letters actually used before GenX?
Who started it? When?
