Happy belated birthday bro.

Welcome to the club. And I hope that enlightenment continues to seek you - or you continue to seek it.

- 50's are the new 49's, boss.
Just take TRT and everything will be ok again
- I rent this space for advertising

Don't be selfish, preserve this world for the next generations.

I'll never long for what might have been
Regret won't waste my life again
I won't look back I'll fight to remain

Welcome to the club! I'll be 55 later this year. Starting to feel it during the last year or 2. Injuries takes forever to heal and they never fully heal. Kinda sucks. Start lifting. You'll need the added muscle. Sleep more, which I don't but should. Limit your hard rolls, flow roll 90% of the time. And stretch!
