I wouldnt consider ultra hot peppers to be "ethnic food". None of them are traditionally eaten by anyone. Even today it seems to only be "enthusiasts" who eat them. As for normal chillis, Hungarians are White and have been really into chillis for hundreds of years so I wouldnt call chillis a non-White food.

Not disrespect my fren but that is rubbish, super hot chillies and similar stimulants/preservatives have been consumed in South and South East Asia for thousands of years.

Secondly pickled chillies that the Euros eat is exactly what Im talking about, basically culinarily speaking there is a clear line of divide between East and West, you guys stay on your side of the line and we will happily stay on ours.

Indian food (South) > Italian

Japanese > French

Korean > Greek crap.

Hungarians aren't really white though. Much like with Samis or Inuits the skin color doesn't define them. To us Euros it's pretty much only Northwestern Euros that count as white.

That would mean Russians arent White, Finnish arent White, Serbians arent White, Italians arent White etc. The Hungarians are a bit different because they have a small amount of Central Asian ancestry, but their genetics are mostly the same as the countries around them. Also they are definitely culturally European.

Im not talking about the normal chillis commonly eaten in Thailand, India, etc. Superhots specifically mean the ridiculously hot chillis that have recently emerged mostly from selective breeding by Westerners.
