Been running 3 km every morning. I'll be increasing that soon, probably in 1.5km increments until I'm up to 10km.
Guys I ran into a problem, today for my light bench session I was only doing 205 yet my right shoulder was aching like it was 2 months ago. I ended the session with a few reps undone to try to save my shoulder, its roughed up pretty good and I think if I proceed to go heavy on Friday as I normally would it will be trouble, maybe big trouble.
So what is the gameplan here? On the one extreme I could rest Friday then try to go heavy on the weekend, or on the other extreme I could take it easy for a month before trying to come back. To give you an idea of the extent of the damage, its been about 14 hours and there is still a dull ache. Its not as maximally trashed as when it was at its worst but its clearly damaged to some extent.

squats failed last night, felt my sciatic nerve just leaning over, so did just seated single leg curl negatives with higher reps.

I should get into a habit of doing cardio myself. I have a top notch assault airbike at home just sitting.
